where does the time go~

Yes, I'm here!!!! :)  I know it's been a while, but I am trying to get back in the swing of things.

My hunny and I have been off of work the last few days, spending family time with Beka.  It's been busy and filled with getting hair cuts, running to Freshman Orientation, groceries, and school shopping.

This year, my baby only only baby, will be a Freshman in High School. Where does the time go?  It seems like yesterday I walked her into her first day of PreSchool and she turned to me and said she will be fine.  High School is a different school than what she went to for grades 6-8; she is nervous, I am nervous! I am a worrier, I have been worrying about 9th grade for atleast a year now! I worry if she will find her class rooms, I will worry if she has all her supplies, I will worry if she will make it to lunch okay.  I have a few days, starts on I can breathe easy for a few days. :)

She is growing up into a sweet young lady, but she will always be my baby girl!

Hi Jodi,

Awww, she's a pretty girl and looks so much like you! I bet you hear that a lot. I've been there, so I know how you're feeling. The time just passes toooo quickly.

She is so cute! High school.. yikes. Right now our house is a teen free zone ~ my oldest daughter is 20 and my youngest is still 12 ( just a few more months until the big 13)
My young one is in 8th grade this year and it depresses me to think that high school is next year.
Time sure does fly!!!
My oldest daughter went to an all girl high school ~ looking back i wished so much time away, since we were making those 1000.00 monthly payments, I couldn't wait for high school to be over. This time I want to try to enjoy it as much as possible.
Enjoy these next 4 years, you will see so many changes. It's like they grow right before your eyes!
