I have some chatching up to do. Halloween was good, we had about 50 kids; which is pretty good for us here in our small town!
Beka and Hunny carved a pumpkin......it turned out pretty good!
I made Beka a tutu for her costume, she was a ballerina for Key Club at school; she decided to put it on to hand out candy. :) Miss Bailey dog didn't care so much for the trick or treater coming to the door.
I made the The Pioneer Woman's Chicken Strips for supper. Defintely would make them again, Beka LOVED them and they were easy to make. We had with them cheesy hashbrowns and corn. I am hoping to score her cookbook for Christmas! :) I love cookbooks with lots of pictures and step by step instructions.
So, that's about it in a nutshell! :) I guess, one more thing, I twisted my ankle yesterday while walking Bailey. We were headed to the park and I was just stepping off of the curb and she pulled and down I went. So, today is a slow day of laying on the couch. I will be fine, but it's going to be sore for a while and I am sure it will turn all sorts of lovely bruisey colors!
Anyway, I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday!
Happy Fall!
Jodi

Sorry to hear about your accident, hope you recover quickly. The pumpkin sure turned out cute:) I agree I would love that cookbook for Christmas also.
Hi Jodi!
Ouch, I'm sorry about your ankle. I hope it gets better soon!
The pumpking is cute, as is Beka's costume. Good job on it!
Have a good week!

I can't believe how big Bailey is getting! Such a cutie! Ringo didn't like the trick or treaters either. Probably because I wouldn't him out to play with everyone. That lil pup loves people!
Hope your ankle is on the mend and you are feeling better. Happy Weekend!
